Our goal is your complete satisfaction with you personalized ornament. We will personalize your ornaments with lettering style similar to what you see on the products shown.

Because these ornaments are personalized to order, all sales are final. We will do everything possible to catch any mistakes in spelling, but cannot be held responsible if the information you provided is incorrect. If our artist has any questions about your order, you will receive an email explaining the issue and proposed solution.

We guarantee our personalized ornaments to be free of manufacturing defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate if the item is out of stock.

Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to email us about personalization, before placing your order. We can not accept cancellations or changes to orders once they have been personalized.

In the event we made a mistake with the order, we will replace your ornament free of charge.  Please notify us by email of any problem with your purchase within 5 business days. To return your ornament, place the ornament back in the shipping box and mail it to us using United States Postal Service First Class.  We will then replace the ornament within three working days of receipt and send it back to you at no additional charge.
